The Rundown (2003). Home. This movie is so much fun. When did Peter Berg lose his sense of humour? Why doesn't he make movies like this anymore? The Rock, Sean William Scott, Rosario Dawson and Christopher Walken - what a combination. Seriously, why haven't they ever made a sequel to this?

Because it doesn't need a damn sequel.

COOTIES! And it was AWESOME!

Best Movie of 2015!!!!

Enjoyed Cooties but it had so much more potential to be a serious horror than a hit & miss comedy.

The Thing (1982)

Again because I hadn't seen it in a long time and didn't remember it very well. The make up effects are the best thing about it. I actually find the ending very unresolved, so for that it's not perfect, but other than that it's a great classic sci-fi horror film.

The ending's widely considered the best (non FX) part, but i see your point. After all that, i would have liked at least 2 of those poor schlubs to have walked out of there okay.

I watched MAX and THE REPLACEMENTS the other day.

Well they did make a The Thing game and it is a sequel to that movie.

I dont play games, so the movie's what i go by.

Well the game was Endorsed by Carpenter, not sure what more do you need

hell...he even voiced a character in the game.

Like i said, i dont play games.
Unless i play it i cant form an opinion as to how i feel about it (the story).
Endorsements aside, i need for it to be something i like/agree with.
I wouldnt be the first fan to ignore a story they feel ruins/doesnt jibe with one the like (HIGHLANDER 2 anyone?).
I wont be the last.

Yeah, I'm not much of a gamer, myself. Is there a video (movie version) of it on YouTube?

I've seen the Riddick games that way and it was actually pretty cool.

It actually looks pretty cool, just a little dated with the graphics...

Stonehearst Asylum (2014)

Actually a pretty solid little flick based on an Edgar Allan Poe story. Produced by Mel Gibson. Some great acting in it: Michael Caine, Kate Beckinsale, Ben Kingsley, etc. Not entirely sure about a twist or two in it, may require another viewing or two. But actually quite enjoyable movie. Beautifully shot and very well done. Underrated for sure.

Kurt Russell's character's shows up near the end of it

Split, Which i seen today.

Penguins of Madagascar. Hilarious; damn i miss that cartoon.

Bringing Out The Dead (1999)

Martin Scorsese & Nicolas Cage. A match made in heaven. Actually a pretty entertaining dark comedy and with Scorsese's masterful touch he makes it very engaging despite the lack of plot. However, the film is still probably about 20 minutes too long.

Interview with a Hitman (2012)

- Person who picked this has the same name as one of the cast.

- That film is dark. It is original. It is well made. But. It is dark.

Love The Coopers (2015)

Unaccompanied Minors (2006)

- In December.

Oh, I did watch The Nice Guys the other day. It was quite good. Pretty funny and good character chemistry. Russel Crowe really has let himself go, though.. yeesh.
