Mr. Nobody (2009)

It was good, but could have probably been 20 or 30 min shorter and not lost anything.

Death Race 2000 (1975)

Damn, definitely so dated that it doesn't work anymore. Heh. I may check out the Paul WS Anderson Remake at some point.

Fair enough.
It’s like guy w. a really bad hangover’ll swear to give up drinking till he forgets how bad he felt then he’ll get right back in there,

Honestly, I never hated Matrix sequels.

It's true that the first film was groundbreaking and thus the expectations for the next parts were insane... but Wachowskis used their best idea on the beginning of the series and didn't have anything else that could match it.

The Way Back

Ben Affleck sells it but its pretty predictable

Desire the Vampire 1982. Not bad I guess for a TV movie it was done real well. I like it when there is a back story to how the vampire came to be but in this case you are left with more questions than answers. I give it a 6/10.

This was shit.

Peter Sellers, Being There Brilliant work of art could not be remade in this era because this is a quiet simple movie and nowadays movies are all about the rush!

They really should have left it at one, though I understand that’s not how business works.

Wrong again point dexter! The Wachowski sisters have recently made, Sense8 and it was a smash hit, so much so that they had to reopen production and provide a final ending to the TV drama. Again following the whole conclusion that humans are all connected in some form or way. Nothing is truly original every story has already been told just in a different way, it is up to the reader to interpret the ideas being presented.

Thought it sucked but the Russian girl was hot

Mortal, great movie on prime about a shrink having to deal with a murder suspect claiming to have powers.

That sounds familiar.
I vaguely recall J-Lo was supposed to do a movie playing a shrink and treating a Superboy ... 😕

Finally got around to watching O.G with Jeffrey Wright of Westworld and Boardwalk Empire fame.

It was absolutely terrible.

Walking Tall (2004)

2nd time. But it was a LONG time ago that I saw it. It's a pretty fun little action flick I think. Ends sort of abruptly and it has super long credits. I think they must have been trying to pad the runtime, cause it's a short film.

- Paradise Hills. If you mix Fantasy Island, Alice in Wonderland, The Stepford Wives you will get this.

Agreed.

The Little Things (2021)

Was just barely interesting enough to keep you interested til the end, but an overall 'meh' cop/murder flick once you finish.

Jared Leto looked proper creepy in this though. If you saw a person like his character walking down the street, you'd think "that guy probably legit raped and ate a cat".

Hopefully in that order.
