^^^Sweet.
I intend to binge all three of the movies.

The Marvels 7/10

lol... spoiler? Or are you just trolling?

Because that's exactly what Kathleen Kennedy Cartman would do... 😂

The Doors (1991)

I had never seen it. It's pretty good if you're a music fan.

No. In the first Marvel movie she was living with a woman and her daughter, and in this movie they made it seem like she was at first. They strategically made it seem like she was into the ladies. Then they revealed she wasn't in the most dumbest way possible.

Overall, the movie was okay but not great. It needed to be more serious to be considered a marvel movie. I think, Kamala really stepped up with Miss Marvel character. She made the movie worth watching.

And Soon The Darkness (2009)

Actually not terrible. Simple. And sometimes that's good, when it doesn't try to be too much. Starring Karl Urban and the wonderful Amber Heard!

^^^I totes liked this movie. 👆

THE MARVELS

Way better than I thought it’d be.
It wasn’t great or anything, about average for recent MCU movies.

That's literally what I said. 😕

Real Steel (2011)

My son liked it. Fighting robots. Pretty generic underdog story, but some of it is entertaining. It was fun seeing my son get super excited while the robots were fighting.. lol

^^^I remember I liked this movie well enough.

Can’t believe that little kid who co-starred w. Jackman is 24 now! 😱

Father Stu

Oppenheimer (2023)

I'm thinking I might buy the blu-ray for this, since i didn't see it in the theater. I think I'll be interested to see the behind the scenes and round-tables etc.

Honey, I Shrunk The Kids (1989)

Free showing at our local historic theater, so took the kids. Was really looking forward to seeing it again, since I hadn't seen it since I was a kid. Some fun nostalgia. 😄

The Cigarette Girl 10/10

Netflix TV series. Drama

This made me mad and sad, **** I haven't cried from a series in a long time. Just wish it had a happier ending. 5 long episodes, about a story of a girl who dreams of becoming something more--until her plans change for the worse.

Barbie movie 2023 1/10

Lame.

You have to watch the director cut of this movie it's so fascinating. So when Salinsky is spinning trying to find the kids, he is actually about to barf on the grass because the machine was out of control.

But the most interesting part of this movie however, is the location. The neighborhood was made to look like an American Neighborhood but it was all filmed in Mexico. The houses were later demolished.

I didn't know there was a directors cut.
