USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE II (LIGHT SIDE)- Arms Race

Started by Ushgarak122 pages

Sadly Xeth, Defensive leap moved you away from the Droidekas; the Flying Charge can only target one.

Springing forwards, you roll evens, which is enough to down another!

Gallagher, would you not prefer a Master Throw? There is enough debris around, and Bash gives limites results.

Jelena- +1 nets you a turret kill...

Oh! Well, Master Throw it is then. My bad, wasn't thinking about it...

I'll Jump over the Mark II's and close on the AAT

(Would it be feasable to cut off the barrel? or how would I go about killing it?)

Turret is certainly one target. The entry hatch is another.

Roan, you have lept your way forwards. Sunda breaks cover and runs forwards with you. "Cover my back, Vilpa" he yells. Vilpa nervous comes into action, and the force seems to be with him as he promptly rolls +6 and downs a droid.

Gallagher- impaired and not the greatest force attacker, you only manage one hit on the turret.

Bad guys fire. Misses from the droids. +4, however, is a hit on sabreless Jelena, for six damage, evaded to three, causing a death check. Jelena rolls evens- a pass.

Now the droidekas split their fire... but once more there your lcuk holds.

The AAT fires. It rolls +9... a direct hit on everyone in the 3/4 area. A weary Gallagher rolls -3 on his attempt to deflect the torpedo, and can only watch in slow motion as it homes in...

Poor Vilpa is blown to one side, and out the fight. Gallagher and Jelena both fail their death checks also.

Marcus blows his entire Force pool on his evade. He is still left double impaired.

~I think the Light Siders are going to die a horrible death....~

Oh, the blast actually downed two more droids as well, so Marcus only has one opponent left!

I'll snap my attack on the last droid

I'll dodge incoming Fire

"Try to get those droideka's guys"

I feel so helpless

Xeth stares helplessly as three more of his comrades are blown away in a single explosion, and Master Marcus doubly injured, his robes tattered and smoking.

"So close..." Xeth says. "We're almost in..."

Xeth will Flying Charge through the air and cut open the hatch on the AAT, then Defensive Leap off the top to protect himself from the remaining droidekas.

"Roan, how do you feel about driving this thing?" Xeth asks, in an almost hopeless way.

(Is the tank a super mook or...?)

Gallagher is thrown by the blast and lands in a smoking heap. His pale-colored robes are charred, tattered, and smoking. He instinctually presses his hand to a bad shrapnel injury to keep the blood from flowing.

"J-Jelena...Vilpa...are..." he spits out some blood. "...are you...alright?"

You aren't going to drive the tank!

Then Xeth will Flying Charge the injured Droideka! Force Dodge for defense if I've only got one attacking droideka! Defensive Leap if more!

<----- Unhappy bug!

Lurik lay on the the Bridge, and watched helplessly as Marcus was nearly killed.
He was dying, he believed. He wasn't afraid. But he wasn't happy about it either.
After all the things I went through, he thought bitterly. All the things that are happening to these Jedi now made him want to spit, but he couldn't.
He just lay there, hoping the Jedi would win the Bridge. Win the day. It would be something, at least.
Ironic he survived horrific physical deterioration, to be killed easily as he had. Had he blacked out? No. He just hadn't learned after all these years.
He heard the Geonosian say something, but he couldn't make it out. He heard the injured Gallagher say something about one or two of the other teammates, but he couldn't form the words in his mind.
He tried to smile - failed. He hadn't been a good contributor to the team. Had let them down, questioned the Master's decisions. Not that he was special, no, he wasn't in any way, shape, or form. His Master had been, though.
He tried to laugh, but blood came up, and he spat it out of his mouth, dirtying his helmet-visor from the inside. Red coloured viscera plastered itself to the visor.
Death isn't so bad, he thought before he saw only black, passing out.

(You aren't dead, you know... 😛 )

~I know....but he sure is close to it.
And I only wrote that he passed out. 😛~

What will we do when they get in? just lie here and get eaten by whatever scavangers live here? Thinks delfedd grimly as he watches his friends get pummeled.

Densk laid there glancing around. He hated this he was the one laying down wounded contributing to the other wounded weaklings.

In a war in a battle there were the survivors and those that died. The survivors were hero’s and the victims…..The victims the deceased were nothing but goddamned statistics. He was a statistic…. a weakling.

Densk hated himself for it. Hated himself for being weak. Then it crossed his mind thinking like this was why he could not longer be in the Jedi temple.

Lorn bats an eyelid, in the brief moment he had it open, he saw laser fire flash across the area. 'Damnit! The fighting still isn't over!' Lorn opened his eyes once more, this time to see that his jedi comrades had been thinned and only a handful were left standing, fighting valiantly. 'I live for battle, I only wish I was fighting along side them.'

Lorn makes a feeble attempt at trying to move his limbs, they twitch and that seems all he can manage in his current state. 'Well, I have to look on the brightside....I guess....I'm not dead, that's gotta be a plus.' Lorn watched as shells from the ATT ripped apart friend and foe on the bridge. He shut his eyes once again, too weak to keep them open for long periods of time. 'Perhaps if I reach out with the force, I'll be able to grasp a weak 'visual' of the battle.' Lorn tapped into himself and mustered some of his remaining strength, he sent out a short pulse of the force, which acted like a radar, illuminating his mind with a mental map of his surroundings for a brief burst of time.

Lorn knew he wouldn't be able to keep this up for long, he wasn't the most adept when it came to using the force, he tended to settle things with his lightsabre. Crippling himself under mental strain and succuming to his wounds once more, Lorn falls unconscieous once more.

(Got bored, threw together a short roleplay post 😛)

*Grits teeth hard*
*mutters under breath*
"God Damn it!"
(what can I do to attack the tank, I'm assuming its under something like the creature laws as hacking at the sides randomly might not help that much....)
I"l like to Combo then Strike at an uninjured Droidika!
"Sunda! Stay close!...Marcus! You ok?"
