That was just an example. I'm not planning to take him anywhere, unless I would have the power of law to take him coruscant for questioning, tho I doubt it.

nothing did I say something about threatening? (maybe my example was wrong since it usualy is done to ppl who are suspects of a crime and Carlan ain't a suspect)

I'm not planning to do anything, I was just wondering wether or not (since we are kinda like police men) we had any legal way to force Carlan to talk to us now, so we don't have to wait for him. I assume he is obligated by law to talk to us sometime in the near future. I just wanted to speed things up.

Of course you can force him to talk to you, that's the point. But my question is- HOW are you planning to force the issue, if you think it isn't going to otherwise happen?
