No, no way the ship can help you, and no, force powers cannot be snapped, except for Force attacks.
That's not a valid use of Illusion, Gallador. I really must insist people do not continually try to abuse that power. Simple sensory illusions- noises, colours, smells... not an illusiory squad of 'force users'.
Ok, Gallador and Takuan have rejected their emotional control for now.
Galder goes for another frenzied Twirl, and two foes are soon down.
Gallador goes for a Bewilder on the Captain! He rolls evens, for a final force attack of 13... that goes in! Assailed by random lights and noises, the Captain is finding it hard to concentrate!
A Bewildered Captain makes a good shot but can't concentrate enough for a hit. However, the volley of fire is intense, and Gallador- no defence posted- takes two hit, for five and six respectively, which gets pained in.
Then Bora Lantarnas fires again, rolling +3 for a 17! BOOM! A hit on all three of you, though he vaporises five serpent guards also. All of you can leap clear, but this is costly in frames, and there is also damage for each of you, increasing impairment on all of you!
This leaves all of them in a position to fire again- Gallador lacking Defend is a problem here. However, it is Tanic who is hit by one of Bora's bodyguard, taking nine damage and a death check; -1 is an uncomfortably close pass. Bora fires again... but this time a -6 is only enough to see the shot sail down the hangar and probably blow up a loading vehicle near the back.
I don't think Yago is listening, Rand. You also didn't post a defence and there is a large amount of fire coming your way before your attack goes in. The volley of fire leads to three hits on Rand, one of which he cannot afford to pain out, and Takuan takes another hit too, leading to a death check which he scrapes home with. The bad guys then fire again, and Rand is hit once more, for more impairment. Dawdling by the stairs isn't smart, Rand, and this entire enterprise, caused only by the lack of foreplanning in the first place, is now being compounded by the Takuan situation.
Still, Rand gets to Rivalry-push three thugs to death with ease. Then, yet another volley of fire. And with due irony, it is Yago who gives Takuan the shot that taskes him down, still only two thirds across.
Yet somehow not- it takes both of Takuan's luck re-rolls to keep him up just that little bit longer.
No post from Rianna brings enforced action- I know she read it, dawdling is not allowed! Three quick kills on Enforcers, then a volley of fire brings her another hit, taking her to 21. The assassins, wielding electrodaggers, move into close combat with you, Rianna.

Trick- he doesn't. You need to pay attention. The stairs are only a frame away, but Bora is actually at the top of them, at the doorway to the hangar- you guys made the mistake of trying to hold the stairs themselves, rather than the way to them.
No actions for Tanic, so his Fear controls him again. A +2 is a hit on the Guard leader.
Rand, obviously enough, the stairs are blocked by the stair guards... gee... also, Dexx might be a tad pissed if you just leave him to die.
Hangar crew is in luck- no hits this time, and Bora vaporises another bit of wall.
One of Yago's bodyguard hits Rand, however, for eight damage; Rand death checks. +1 is a pass.
Rianna hacks at one of the Assassins, who dodges. +3 is a hit.
One of Mika's bodyguards hits her for six damage, impairing her. However, Rianna then manages an enormous Fear-aided Riposte, which actually drops one of the assassins.

Grr...
I want to go for Bora or the Captain by shutting off Anger, but I lose my bonus and I'd still have to be dodging all the flunkies...
Does it cost frames to shut off Anger, besides the Willpower roll and two Force points?
In the mean time, Galder will Twirl at the Guard leader and another guard. Defend for defense.
That is a kill on the Guard leader and a guard from Galder- no, it costs no frames to shut down the emotion.
Tanic downs another two guards before the sequence is out, and Gallador takes out two also, blowing out his Pain excess.
Another hit on Tanic, another death check! Passed, with the aid of the Fear bonus.
Another three thugs down, Rand, but that's not helping you move anywhere! But luck is in, and no hits at the Great Hall.
A +7 from Rianna boosts to a +9, followed by a +2 boosted to a +4, as she Combinations the other assassin, enough to kill him! This burst of Anger leaves her without force for a Defend, though. Mika shoots her, for seven damage, and double impairment.
New sequence- emotions return. Gallador pays Bewilder upkeep.
Great Hall crowd's luck is lasting- no hits, and in true style, Yago rolled a botch, wasting three frames as he bahses his gun back into life.
"Just trying to distract them!" he yells out to his posse, by way of explanation.

The stair guards are better mooks. However, in no way are they better than Yago, so that's no good!
And yes indeed- remember, you need Guard to get your defence against attacks on different frame numbers.
It takes two force points from Rivalry... but you kill three of those guards!
A barrage of 15s JUST miss Rand!
Two guards quickly killed by Galder! Luck is in- a -4 is another miss from Bora!
