Active dodge...

He rolls an evens, a miss... but now you are framed out, and he strikes again!

Galder will not dodge this time...

At which point he rolls a +4, and twonks you one on the head!

A cheer rises up from one side of the crowd, though it is only four damage.

People are starting to gather around as the bets on this bout heat up...

Galder: 10 (6)/4/13

Iron bars: 4/0/11

Off you go!

Galder will use Blow and then Nerve Strike (if that is feasible, and yes I want to use Blow...)

Perfectly.

Unfortunately, you might have overdone it, because you just rolled a +10. he dodges, but your 24 is a hit, and you just did 17 damage to him, which is actually hard enough to bowl him over backwards several feet and onto the ground.

Your arm notably blurred for that blow, Galder. There is at this point, dead silence.

Okay, Ush, Tanic dishes up for another practice round.

Ok- though you have probably noticed what just happened over at the rings at this point, Tanic, as they are not far away.

Galder did just competely mess up.

you'd better make sure everyone knows that is a robotic arm by the end of the fight....you mofo! 😛 if we're lucky they'll assume it's because of the technological enhancements

Wrong arm. Galder can't actually Blow with his cybernetic arm.

Tanic, spotting the commotion over by the pit, says quickly to the Zodian,
"It looks like an oppurtunity for a bet, over there. When I have the 500 I'll be back to play for real."

"What the hell did he hit him with?" asks the Rodian.

"I think he has a robotic arm..." Tanic muttered, "Bit stupid really, fighting somebody with one."

"It doesn't LOOK very robotic..."

"Ah. I thought someone around the arena told me he had a robotic arm. They do some great jobs in some places, I know that much. Anyway, not like we can really see from here. I'll be back when I've won some more money."

People are going to have to smooth this over. They have called off that fight, mainly because Galder just destroyed the betting arrangements. There are still rather a lot of people wanting to know how he did that.

Tanic heads over to the arena, heading straight to the compere/host person, raising his voice with the others (if they do so) and demanding that all bets be kept on.

"The book is closed!" yells back the Compere, amidst a mini-riot. "Force majeure!"

Uh oh...

Galder decides to play the "I didn't know I could do that" part. He looks at his hand with his face plastered with utter confusion.

"How did I..."

"What seems to be the problem?" Rand asks Tanic, approaching from behind him.
