Mika is actually quite good at multi-tasking, Rah; he paying attention to the fight quite well as he talks to you. He's also occasionally looking at various innocuous looking members of the audience.

Oh that. No, the problem there is that it will be obvious that something odd is happening from the Champ side of things, rather than the Rand side of things, if he goes any harder.

Ok so if he's multi-tasking his mind is likely to be distracted enough for Rah to get a sense of what we are he to get then *crosses fingers*

Ah, well, here comes the thing, because it is UP to the pleasure pits, in fact, up to the whole 'executive entertainment area'. Which is not to say there isn't any whoring on this level, just that this is Star Wars and we ignore that kind of thing unless ratings are flagging. I mean, unless it is important to the story, Obviously.

Anyway, short of it is... it is difficult to get permission to go up as newbies; that's what the rep-making is for.

To the first part, yes, get into the good graces of any of the Lantarnans and you have a route up.

To the second part, Bora's grunts strike you as brain dead. Bora is not a sublte man. Convos are unlikely to be deep.

That's the opposite of precise; it is vague. Empathy allows you to detect the relationships between people, so how are you using this to fulfill your aims?
