Pfft, as if I've been paying attention to how the shooting game works....and I'm the one that should have Emotions -- Anger 😛

Okay, so I'm up on the 3rd floor now...I want to use Sense to try and figure out where I am, and which direction Mika's office is. I'd also like to try and sense if there's anyone around.

Bugger, +1 for an 11, when you needed a 10. Ok ok, you can sense your way there... and you can slip past the guards around with an intrusion roll, on which you roll -1 for a 9... not the most sneakiness that has ever been seen, to be sure.

Getting through the door is easy with the key...

Mika's office can be summed up in one word- paper. Pieces of paper lie strewn everywhere, on their own, in groups, piles, loose-leaf folders, with no apparent logic or sense. They cover the floor, the furnishings, the computers, the scanners, the communicator... everywhere! Some have been trampled into the floor to make a kind of pathway.

"There she is!" comes a yell from outside, Rianna.

"If you cannot outshoot a machine," says Kuylen, "there is very little hope for you at all."

"Oh sure," he says. "you're not scared of anything, are you?"

"You bastard...and excuse the hell out of me for not wanting to get caught sneaking around in one of the Lantarnan's office. Now, stay out of my way while I find this crystal." Rianna replies, glaring at Helkin, while searching around for the data crystal.

(I'd guess that it'd be on/in a desk or near a computer system....and I'm also guessing that the place is a mess enough where papers having been moved around won't attract any attention.)

So, we need to hold the stairs for Rianna to escape, and we need to hold the hangar so we can escape as a whole from this beastly place.

Rianna will be upstairs making the grab. We'll worry about that when the time comes.

I'm not sure how I should go about with the positioning of the others. Holding both areas will be a trying struggle, to be sure. Rianna is making the grab, so that leaves one of our swordswomen upstairs (yes, swordswomen 😛 ). Galder will have the hangar, as I need him to dismantle the bombs.

However, that leaves Tanic, Takuan, Gallador, Rah, and I unassigned. If you wish, you can choose your position. If becomes a tad unbalanced with who is where, though, then I'll make changes.

Rah and Takuan, perhaps you would like to help your old friend Galder disarm the bombs, hmm?

Meanwhile, Rand would like to go find the crystallographer that we need to copy the key to access the tablet.

Also, we should probably work on a way to get Yago into our plans further. His men putting up a fight for our...um...his sake, would be handy as a distraction during the grab, yes?

Gallador keeps ensuring Yago that he will be taught magic if his men help with our plan.
