Time for another tournament?

with scarlet we are 7 now, one more would be great, 8 is the perfect number

acualy 1 is the perfect number, its the square root of itself, it self squared, it self divided by itself and mutiplied by it self...........

but 8 would be nice

well 3 is the number of perfection

what i meant is 8 is an excelent numer for a tournament

Not official, yet, as I have no Everyman. Any suggestions? And is this list okay? As the moderator for the general thread, I need the rest of the participants to moderate me, to keep this fair. Or I could be an abusive mod. "Give me your shoes!"

gilgamesh has Cosmic Energy Manipulation, but i don´t know the character so can really talk about him.

moondraggon someone said could defeat MM, (so she would be every man level), but i read the info and she seems acceptable in the fairly powerful level (the iron man level right?)

machine man and radioactive man i don´t know but they seem powerful.

baron zemo and iron fist are perfect.

my personal opinion is, take out gilgamesh and radiactive man 8or change them in they´re level but since my knowlege on these character is not very good, someone else should say something.

Fairly powerful types - Wonder Woman, Black Bolt

Powerful street characters - Jack Hawksmoor

Street level characters - Midnighter, Daredevil

I know im missing one powerful street character, I'm still looking.

blackbolt is everyman type, and wonderwoman probably to. scarlet what do you think?

Black Bolt is everyman?? If others can have Ultron and Nimrod, I think my two are fine. I'm interested to see what Scarlet says though.

EDIT: I'm out till later tonight, so I won't respond to wahtever decision Scarlet makes right away. All in all, compared to characters like Ultron, Nimrod and Wonder Man, I don;t think my choices are that outlandish.

Blackbolt is pretty tough... being able to take down the likes of Hulk and Gladiator... but it's whatever Scarlet says... it'd be interesting to see how the opposition does against Khellendros.

Water down his voice and you can have Black Bolt. I would consider Wonder Woman a weak everyman, but against types like Nimrod and Ultron, I may let you have her...pending some thought.

Hawksmoor is too powerful for his category. "Unintentionally dismembering his opponents" yikes! Also, some info on Midnighter would be appreciated, I know little of him, but what I've seen, with advanced speed and healing, he seems a bit out of the category.

Meh, my plans changed so I'm still here. I have no problem watering down Blackbolts scream, since I also chose him for his other electron-based abilities as much if not more than the scream.

Midnighter is like Batman but way more brutal. The reason I picked him is the implants in his brain that allow him to asses a fight and opponent from millions of angles and choose the actions that end the fight the quickest. I actually thought Hawksmoor would be perfect at his level, since his rapport with cities would help him against opponents like Spiderman and Quicksilver. Also: the dismembering thing? Eh, couldn't it be said that Spiderman would be capable of the same thing if he cared a little less? I mean, we've seen him behead a sentinel, catch the head with a webline and use it to smash a few other sentinels to hell during the Onslaught saga.

I think I did good choosing characters that had a bit of an edge, but they don't seem overpowered in comparison to other teams.

EDIT: I know I'm arguing a lot, but I will say that I won't object if you don't want me to have WW. She was just the only female character in that level that popped out at me.

Honestly, I don't know what to do about WW or Hawksmoor. Hawksmoor seems to powerful, with his concrete phasing. Catching the head of a sentinel with a webline is different than punching someone's head off. I'd like to hear some other participants views on this matter.

I replace Gilgamesh with Radioactive Man. I'm going with Machine Man still in the powerful street. The original version, not the crappy Marvel Tech version that no one read. Telescoping limbs, but as he's a machine the limit is fixed, around 3 stories for each stretching section (legs, torso, neck, arms), not some nigh immeasurable Plastic Man limit. Hovering/weak flight. Some electricity and gun doohickies in his hands, and mild super strength, 2 tons, as he is a machine.

And I need another powerful street. Some help, people?

That's cool with me. I don't really have any objections with the other selected characters. Throw everyone in and see what happens I say. As stated in the rules, the really powerful level characters would be able to KO the less powerful once the battle begins?

I think you'd have to pick someone who can go toe to toe with Hawksmoor as your other powerful street level. Or a telepath. 🙂
