and Since I came back from college now, I'll write a new background to match from where I'm from.
Background: Vash was born in nomad land, the huge planes only because his mother and father got lost and surrounded there by nomads, and unfortuantely his mother had him just at that time. His father was an elf, and his mother was a human. Under the stressed out circumstances of the nomads and the pregnency, after delivering Vash, his mother died. Vash then, at the age of 5 was brought to the island of Spirecity, which after that his father was also killed in a war. The mystical elves and creatures in Spirecity taught them everything they knew, and helped him live. In no time at all, he was 15, and very talented. He learned how to speak Celestial, and how to survive in the world. So, at 15, he departured out of Spirecity, said goodbye to all the elves which helped him so much, and headed out for adventures.
10 Mercurionas
The republic of Mercurionas has very little to do with other cultures, protected behind the Linae they don’t bother making allies or even establishing trading routes. They consider themselves the most sophisticated society in Alvadurian, they claim to be the best race and descendants from the Feyfolk. Their capital is “the city of light” also known as “Echmirdan”
-Citizens are called “Mercurionas” and are Half-Elves (for 95%)
-They speak “Mercurion”
