it's no problem. the others are from Takuna-Sato another country from the Takuan-Bay Alliance and there for they are also called Bayers.

Well I agree with you on the material spell components everything that costs more than 25 maybe 50 gp (-depending on level-) can be ignored.

Nope I don't allow people to play an evil character, Chaotic Good is no problem.

Wee-Jas is not allowed (unless you come from a different country. read the campaign thread, religion is a tad different)

Hm...you haven't made yourselves abundantly clear as to whether or not you're allowing others to join...I'd love to join, as I've played for nearly 6 or 7 years, DMing as well, and recently I've not played for almost a year! So I'm kind of anxious to get back to it.
