2005,the new year of horror?

Its reigning champ,2003 where FvJ,JC2,28 days later,Cabin Fever,and Darkness Falls where released.

In 2004 we got a short break from alot of the big horror films but this year is already looking to be a little different.

Heres a list of what ive heard of so far:

White Noise-January
Hide and Seek-January 28
Boogeyman-Feburary 4
Cursed-February 25
The Ring 2-March 18
The Amityville Horror Remake-April 15
Alone in the Dark-?

So look out people this year where in for a ride.

With the releases in 2003, that year sucked as well, save "28 Days Later". IMHO, 2005 doesn't look promising, either.

Mainstream Horror will once again be doomed to mediocre sequels, remakes, and jump scare PG-13 shitfests.

I didnt say the movies where gonna be good I merely stated theres gonna be alot of them coming out.

There only ones ill probaly bother seeing is

the Ring 2
Boogeyman-I havent seen the main actor perform in a long time.

Barry Watson? That's because he's garbage, and couldn't land a script to save his life, lol. When "Sorority Boys" is the highlight of your career, and you are following it up with a movie produced by the same "dream team" that gave us miserable dreck like "The Grudge", your already twinkling little star is fleeting.

Besides, this is Sci Fi's year to shine.

The way it looks now, 2005 is going to suck. Nine out of ten times all remakes suck so there you have it

Ive never really looked at him as a bad actor but just a person who cant get the right movies.

But nonetheless it still looks interesting so ill see it.

New Film called CREEP, looks good.

umm.... Land of the Dead is scheduled for 2005 ??? are you guys insane ???

I'll be looking forward to Hide and Seek, Boogeyman, and Cursed. Underworld: Evolution, Saw 2, and BloodRayne are scheduled for 2005 as well.

Yeah looks like its going to be the halloween movie of the year.

How could you forget Land of the Dead, by far the biggest release for hardcore horror fans in the past 10 years or so.
