Who would be the WORST voice for General Grevious

I saw there was a thread for the best voice for him, but who would be the worst voice for him??

Somebody with a really annoying voice, or somebody with a really camp voice like Graham Nortan.

guy who played 'milton' in office space

I disagree. I think for this character they need someone with a strong, powerful, forceful tone. Not saying that someone with an english accent wouldn't have those features, but I think enough of the cast has accents.

How about Tom hanks... he supposed to be able to do anything right. I can hear it now,
