You have a good point though, most of the bad guys do.

Gilbert godfrey is that guy that was in problem child, he was the foster care employee person, cant think of what else he was in, Heres another great voice for GG, how about Bobcat Goldwaith (sp?)

Ok MOST of em do....what i shouldve said is the Empire-Palpatine and all imperials and almost everyone doin the bad guy alien voiceovers are British actors.
Sure Anakin has a US accent but hey presto when hes unmasked in Jedi hes got a UK accent.

I think we can let OBI and 3Po by.....id say Liam Neesons accent for QUI GON by his own admission in some quote i read is a mixture of US and UK.

Prowse thought he would be doing the voice, it shows it on the 4th disk in the dvd trilogy pack but it sounds so bad, sounds like my accent 😂
