Don't take this the wrong way, but I hope that's the last little appeasement. I realize that it's not a huge group of people that have been here 2 years or more that still post actively, but mod perks are becoming scarce. Now that old members get the sacred 100 x 100, won't you eventually have to do something else for mods? Even if you did, someone else will complain about it being unfair, and it will be a never ending vicious cycle.
I gotta say, I'm not happy with the decision. ❌

If you want to feel extra special, differentiated and above all the "little people" just change your user name to "I am a Mod". baby
Having access to the mod lounge isn't a perk, for me anyway, it comes with the territory and is necessary to perform the job. To be honest, I wish I had the advertisement, instead of this ugly, empty banner, that doesn't even fit in the browser correctly.
The avatar isn't a big deal to me, it was just a nice thing to have. Screw the desgination behind it, as I said. It went from 64 x 64 for anyone other than mods, then people wanted bigger ones, so they got 85 x 85, and then people wanted even BIGGER ones, so then they got 100 x 100. When is webmaster status going to be up for grabs? 😆
If these favors keep getting doled out for the sake of "equality", providing the richest irony of this entire situation, what's going to be left? You can already change your title after a certain number of posts, which I think should be reverted. I don't think anyone will ever be happy, personally.
In closing, now that you're 2 for 2 in your presumptious assessments of me and my views, let me ask you this. Why the double standard? It's OK for everyone to desire what was once a job perk, but it's not alright for us to defend what was once ours? I want to keep it for us for the same reasons everyone wants it for them.

Sorry that I misjudged the magnitude your 100x100 avi disapproval. I just assumed that it was a big deal to you seeing as you publicly criticised and disapproved of the decision.
It's perfectly alright for you to defend your big avi job perk but seeing as you are a mod I think it was very unprofessional, unwarranted, inappropriate, disrespectful and tacky to so publicly show your disdain for Raz's decision.
Just because I'm a mod doesn't mean I'm not entitled to an opinion. I said I was unhappy, your comments forced me to elaborate. That doesn't mean I'm not grateful, because I am, for everything he's done for me. I just don't agree with the move, not that my imput holds any weight, nor will change the outcome. There's a huge difference between disdain and how I feel, which is/was just disagreement. NO need to glam it up for dramatic effect.
