Not necessarily true. Both my mom and dad smoke, as well as my stepdad, and if anything it taught me to NOT smoke.

I was just trying to clear up the confusion about children always doing what they see done. I don't believe that is true. I know children are like sponges and are extremely impressionable, but if the situation is handled responsibly I don't think it's a huge problem. My sister, for example, is constantly telling me off for smoking. She turns up her nose and says I disgust her, and she's 6! Makes me proud.

My three year old sister told my mom that smoking is disgusting 😆 she's three years old!!!

i agree, and i have a lot of experiance with kids (i have 2 little sisters and one lil brother)
and lol same hapens to me, my youngest sister hates smoke's smell and she gets soo angry when i smoke, i love her, tho shez a pain in the ass sometimes

I think it's wrong, I do not smoke unlike some people at school, my sister, 31, use to smoke but for about 5-6 weeks she hasn't smoked one and I'm glad because I don't like her smoking, so if she can keep this up she won't smoke 😄

It's good to quit, or never even start... but I, as a smoker, really don't appreciate being outcasted for it.

I only smoke if I am on fire. And does anyone else find it funny that this thread's title read's aloud as "pole Smoking"? 😆

The way I see it, smoke if you want to.

I don't see the point in paying an outrageous price for an addiction that doesn't satisfy a craving enough in comparison with the severe damage it does.

You smoke with possibilities of cancer (many kinds, mainly lung), chest and breathing problems not to mention hygene. Ultimately, possible death. Not to mention others in your household or presence being affected by it.

All that for a "buzz" that isn't anything more than something that KINDA calms you down.......a bit. When you can do that alone by just relaxing.

Smoking= Most pointless thing ever since solar powered flashlights.
