Paint Shop Pro... no, believe me, I really do have problems.

Okay so, I started makin sigs awhile ago with PSP 8, now when I try to make a sig it says something like 350KB, which is too big, as you know. I've tried lowering the colors but the only one that is allowed to be downloaded is basically made up of no color at all. How can I make cool sigs like everyone else and actually upload them onto KMC? I'm getting so fecking angry! 😠

What type of file to you save it as? I would save it as a JPEG, that usually works for me.
