Batman with his utility belt wins more than not. He has enough gadgets and fire power in that belt to incapacitate Wolverine long enough to get a win. In a straight h2h fight, Wolverine would win the majority.

No prep match Batman loses. There no reason for batman to take the majority.

Wolverine stabs batman and gets a better costume
