Do cell phones cause testicular cancer

Ive herd that keeping it in my pocket would cause testicular cancer. IS this true? 🙁

apparently so... i have a feeling its the phone masts more than anything, near where i live, a mobile phone mast was put up 3 years ago, and so far, 11 people near here have died of cancer
