Even people with blades have trouble getting through Spiderman's webbing. Grey Fox's blade isn't anything special really. I mean, I know he's got skill and such, but he can and will be webbed up. Spidey is also stronger (clearly there are assumptions being made about the mech that GF lifted), faster, more agile, probably the same reflexes, and then add in the spider sense?
Spidey wins against GF.

...You must haven't read my previous posts. Fox is stronger, atleast as fast. His blade cuts through metal easilly, besides he has enough strength to tear web apart. 5/10 is the best Spidey could count on.
And on topic Punisher loses 7/10 and I'm being generous to him there.

I'm being generous, too, when I say that GF could hang with Spidey. Spiderman would dominate him in a fight with his superior abilities.
Punisher has far more experience and just better training. That and his superior will to live and win.

Would you mind to explane why Spider-man wins. You only said that he is stronger and faster that is not true.
Punisher has NOT more experience and his training is nothing comparing to Snake's. His superior will to live ain't helping him here.
Snake is plainly stronger, better fighter, more durable, and in duel he'd shoot Frank.
The only reason Snake beat Grey Fox as the ninja is that Grey Fox wanted to fight on even footing. He never used any of his speed in that fight. Also, The foot of Rex could well have been over 15 tons, since it was freaking huge and keep in mind most of it was armour plating. Also, the sword GF used was a High Frequency Blade, which vibrates super-fast so it can cut through almost anything.
What does all that mean? Well, to be honest I don't think that DD could beat Grey Fox, since I'm not sure if DD could affect Grey Fox through his armour, which seemed pretty sturdy (keep in mind I haven't played the original MGS, only TS...). Still, I don't think that Grey Fox is really anything Spidey hasn't dealt with before. While it could be close, I think that Spidey could win more often than not due to his spider-sense.
And what does this mean for Snake vs. Punisher? Nothing really, I still think that Punisher could win about 6/10, after a close fight. Honestly, Snake isn't far above peak human, he may be possibly a bit above, but not much.

Not much? Punisher is a little above peack human, Snake isn't just pick human. Pick humans can't dodge bullets. Raiden defeated Vamp that is as fast as Fox and Snake defeated Fox and there was nothing wrong with fight with Fox.
