No, not sure. Now it shows as .exe too. When I downloaded it earlier today, it was .cbz and I even opened it (everything was OK), when I tried to download it yesterday, it was .exe and my pc was screming that file was suspicious. Maybe website is under attack by hackers or the upload is lame. But that doesn't explain, why I was able to open the file and view it with CDisplay.

P.S. I's better to use torrent link you provided.

EDIT: I tried second time, and the file was without .exe extension.
