chapter 3... 😈
Chapter3 Little red ridding hood and the cage of doom
Mea- Just as I would everytime i am in a predicament i dont like to be, i would imagine i am somewhere else. Mom used to tell me bedtime stories when i was younger, so i decided i would be in one of those. In my entrapment, i could be the sleeping beauty with a brave prince coming for me....no, i would rather not remember being in a cage or sleeping (sleeping long times would bore me to death). i could imagine living underwater like that mermaid movie...no, i have water. well ho about Little red riding hood. it has a forest, a grandma, and a scary wolf i could conquer. As i started to daydream, the silence was broken. it had seemed like forever since i had heard anyone. I had been in my lovely little hideout for at least 5 hours by my princess moon watch.
Uncle Obenu slid through his mysterious door into wour whiteout dungeon. He was followed by two large men i had never seen before. They dragged behind them a long chain connected to a cage with a large sheet draped over it. From the cage, i heard what sounded like growling. Uncle Obenu looked to me with evil intent in his eyes. "They arent here yet. They must not love you as much as i thought they did." He turned back to the other cage and motiond for the men to pull it closer. "I will give them 5 more hours and then i will simply let my little pet, and you go." He pulled back the sheet to reveal a large lion. It seemed to have been malnourished and overly abused. He then tossed some fruit into my cage. "This may be your last meal, you better eat up. Your grandfather had better give me what i want. I dont want to hurt you Mea, but i will kill you to get what i want. Eat up, we dont want our friends next meal to be just a little moursel, do we?
He walked away and the two large men went with him. As they left, there was the sound of a light click. Then the lights went out. The only sounds were the growling of the lion and the beating of my heart.
Deacon- We had just returned to the house from the well-hidden sanctum in grandfathers home, when grandfather noticed something. It was a video tape sitting out of place. He pushed it into a rather ancient looking recorder and pressed play. A gentleman who looked somewhat like grandpa slowly came into view. He made demands of an amulet to be brought to a location of his demands. Then he moved to the side to show us the reward of our speedious delivery. It was a little girl in pajamas. She looked rather scared and rather tired.
"This is your sister.", said grandfather, rather stoic. The amulet this man wants is on the chain, around her neck and he doesnt eve know it." He placed his hand on my shoulder and continued. "You must rescue her, but do not let him know that is the amulet around her neck. He mustnt gain that amulet." He then turned from me a grabbed hold of a long candle. Lighting it, he watched it slowly melt. He caught the meltings in a silver bowl, decorated with wolves. He reached by me and grabbed a small poker with an emblem inscribed on the tip. "Trust me." he said. Then, without warning, he grabbed my arm, dipped the poker in the hot wax, and applied it to my arm. Searing pain crept through my entire body, but quickly went away as the wax cooled. "Now" grandfather commanded "Save your siter."
Mea- It had to have been 5 hours. My watch didnt glow in the dark, but the door slowly reopened and the lights came back on. Uncle..." I began to say, but was quickly interupted. "Dont call me that! If anyone really loved you, i wouldnt have to do this! But they will learn to do as i say!" He turned and walked away. As he made his way t the entrance to the dungeon, he turned to his minions and said "Do it.", then walked out. The lions cage was moved towards mine, and the doors were opened. I screamed as the lion made its way to the openeing, knowing this would be my last time to see anyone. The lion slowly entered my cage and made laps from one side of the cage to the cage door and back again. Sniffing to the air, it turned to me. A dark shadow figure passed by our cage and to the 2 large men. Before anything could be said, the figure turned into what looked like a warewolf. As they fought, the lion made its way closer to me, my heart beating louder.
The 2 men fought the warewolf to what seemed like a standstill. I didnt think anything he did could help me. The lion made its final steps and crouched to jump. As it leeped towards me, I closed my eyes and screamed. A light flashed and when i reopened my eyes, the lion was gone and i was safe. The warewolf was all but beaten, when one of the men noticed my cage. He called out "Look the lions gone!". The other, now finished with the warewolf (who is now lumped to the side) replied "The girl should still die. Masters orders." A deep pain rushed through my body. Then my body began to morph into a catlike creature.

It's entirely up to you whether you read it or not... in fact, I'm willing to bet you have read it but you decided to tell us you were 'too lazy' just to get a reaction. Clever, that 🙂
