we cant get business because eventhough the drivers dont halfway get the calls that come in, they still get trips that are either personals or they stop at the airport or bus stations. i think it was said.....as long as they pay their lease fees, we cant do anything to them. they kinda give them a slap on the wrist and let it go. i just dont get it. you would rather make all this money and lose business on the phones due to lack of proffesionalism, than to straighten out the problem, get more better drivers and save the business. its kinda bassackwards to me.
