I was a long time supporter and loyal fan of green day. I even though that warning was their best album. While most fans disregaurd it as shit. I cant forgive greenday for their recent album American idiot. I listen to music to get away from the real god damn world, or to find a voice that expresses my emotions. I respect them for their political bashing, but i truly believe it is a god damn gimmick. Nearly every damn song on that album has a refference to bush or America. Coorperate bashing doesnt work with punk pop guitar licks, i'm sorry. Your pissed off, but your whining. Like manno said, Rage did it the best. If your truly pissed off and offended, then be pissed off and offended. Dont sugar coat your lyrics for people, and dont whine. Screw greenday and their political gimmicks.
