i found if i blur the image a bit and then use brightness and contrast it'll fix it, so i'll just do that on those areas.
ok, first off you have to look past the boarders. set the photo of the other head up so that you can trace instead of eyeball it. also take some artistic liberty. the kid has a long arm and is in the disposition of being an infant so you are free to shorten it a bit. lowered the eyebrow, traced the skull, brought the ear out further to the right, gave him an armpit, and thought the bridge of the nose was too long so i shortened it a bit. also scales it down (images on shirts appear much larger when printed than in a thumbnail like this. this size is even pushing it, in fact) i did this in the resolution you see, so if you like it you'll just have to do it. 😛
