skip the hair, That is my opinion. From the color of the shirt and the original photo, the baby looks like he should be bald. The left eye looks a little big, and maybe tone down the thickness of the line under the eye, and the bottom line of the eye. Other then that, he looks golden.

i didnt even mess with his eye, so thats how they naturally are.

Sure, but no matter how you do the hair, it isn't going to look right because you will be doing it in thick bold black lines, when, simply stated, hes a blonde.
