I agree, people are so sensitive and so carefu l to try not to offend minorities it is getting pathetic. I look at everybody as a human, no one should get special treatment based on race.
Equality is only true when we are treated totally the same, and that is the way it should be.

I have shown my belief that minorities shouldn't get special treatment simply because they are a minority. I was called racist.
I have shown that I don't believe that america should appologise for something that happened over 140 years ago... yes, I'm talking about slavery. (here's a great idea, if you are so pissed about slavery, instead of whining about what happened to your dead ancestors, and trying to leech off of what happened to them, how about you stand up to try to stop slavery that is currently happening in the world.) I was called racist.
I said that I was voting for McCain, because I disagreed with Obama's policies... I was called racist. (There was also one point when I was talking to an African American, who said that he was voting for Obama because he was black. In order to bring up a point, [no, this is not why I voted for McCain] I said that I was voting for McCain because he is white. The black guy (yea, I got tired of writing AA) responded by calling me racist. To which I responded "Then so are you."
I am not racist. I believe that races should get equal treatment. That means no scholarships for minorities, simply because they are minoriries. And that also means that a black guy who rapes and murders should get the same punishment as a white guy who does the same thing. (which in my personal opinion should be death... But that's a whole different subject...)

I can't stand why both some Black people and Native Americans complain about stuff that happened so long ago. It doesn't matter whose people did what to whom that long ago. It is history, we are all fresh people and we as people today had nothing to do with it, time to move on folks.
I don't see the Jews complaining to the Germans today...and they had it a lot worse than the Slaves and Indians, way worse.
