yeah., i just positioned the text where i wanted it to cover the poster, and then selected the text's area, and pasted it as the mask.

it took me like 20 friggen minutes, bcuz i had to get rid of the title on the damn poster.

hate watermarks/words on photos i want to use for something.

thanks. im really angry bcuz something messed up my PSD i had saved and it looked more realistic on skin rotting. and its lost. and it took me hour(s) to do it. oh well. i'll fix it another day. i wanted to put maggots or something outlining the skin, but that's too much work to not be getting paid to do.

Don't feel bad. I just potentially lost a few weeks worth of video work today due to some poor communication between myself and friend of mine. So frustrating. I can recover it since when I render videos it goes to a rendered folder, but as short clips. Basically, it's going to be like piecing together a giant jigsaw puzzle now. Argh. Just in time for Christmas break at the end of the semester. Life couldn't have smacked me in the face any harder. 🙁

I actually just got back about two hours ago from seeing it...I was in awe. So good. Visuals are just stunning. I am so glad I saw it in theatres and in 3D, I imagine it is going to be a disappointment in comparison when I get it on DVD!

I would also love to know where you got that number from...from the numbers I found, it cost less than half of a half a billion dollars. $230 000 000 is what I found. However, it does, apparently, still make it the most expensive movie ever made! lol 😛
