thast what my parents said E news or Entertainment tonight or something said. i dont know but that's what everyone over here is saying.

rumors suck, in that case.

As of December 2009, with an alleged budget of US $230,000,000 (estimated), this is the most expensive movie ever made.

I got that IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0499549/trivia 4th one from the bottoms =P Rumors blow! Shows like that sometime like to overdo things 😛

I actually just got back about two hours ago from seeing it...I was in awe. So good. Visuals are just stunning. I am so glad I saw it in theatres and in 3D, I imagine it is going to be a disappointment in comparison when I get it on DVD!

I did not see it in 3D. I went to see it at the theater I work at. A friend of mine, who I thought was going to see it with me at the IMAX showed up while I was working to see it. Then I got called back to the office and the manager told me that me and this other guy I work with could go on home, so I walked up to my friend and said "We are going to watch this movie together whether you like it or not."

But to be fair, it was highly unlikely that we were going to see it in IMAX anyway due to the fact that the closest one was an hour away and neither of us really had the money.

But, after seeing it, I REALLY want to go see it again in 3D.

Hopefully that movie makes up how much it cost to create it. I know Star Wars never had an issue with that, hehe.

i just saw Avatar in 3D, pretty amazing movie. i wish i was in the avatar state, so i could be around good natured creatures who appreciate everything of their land and animals.

but of course no movie, no matter how many hints it'll drop to the human race, about their need to expanding technology will destroy the earth, no one's going to listen.

i finally got to see atrailer for Alice in Wonderland, where Helena B Carter was one of the main spoken people in it. which made me happy, bcuz im only seeing the movie for her. everytime i heard her vioce or saw her face my hand spaz'ems out and paps my boyfriebnd on the shoiwer like "its her it her!" and hes like "lol, i can see Jennifer."

I'm really heart broken and depressed right now.

Brittany Murphy died today of a heart attack at 32.

god i hope her health was in check. i have to speculate it was due to a eating disorder.

it's horrible i wont ever hear her laugh again, except with reruns.

Humanity needs to find the balance between expansion and conservation (and learn how to conserve nature properly, but that is a different discussion). Honestly, most of our technological advances good outweigh the bad, though there are some things that we could live as productive lives without (Video Games, Television, etc.)

The only problem I had with movies that glorify living among nature is that they never show the dark side of it. Shorter life-spans, diseases that are now considered a small nusience were deadly, a much rougher and more dangerous life style, etc. But, when humanity humanity is trying to make a point they rarely show the other side... just look at what the news has come to.

what my boyfriend didnt like about was how they didnt go into dept about what the creatures really were, like what their hair was really made of, how did planet Earth look like for them to leave, since Jess talks about there not being any 'green' there.

when i mentioned the technology expansion i'm talking about machines and robots, etc.

I just figured that it was just a small group of people mining this rock for the people on earth, and that earth had just become so over-industrialised that there was litterally no wildlands, would be my guess.

Kinda like Courascaunt, but not with the massive buildings and speeders flying around everywhere, just a planet of nothing but buildings and roads. But humans still live there, the people on pandora were just there for the rock... whatever it was called...

i cried when the tree fell.

I got alittle watery eyed myself at that point, and I NEVER cry... even when my dog died...

I almost stood and cheered when the beasts showed up to help too, another thing I rarely do.

Heard on some news thing today it has the highest grossing December-opening, which was previously held by I am Legend. And it got $4 Million more than expected! So, I guess it is doing well!

Anyone else hear about Sony's push for 3D TV's within the next couple years?

Well of course, because the general consumer has just GOT to go out and buy something new dont you know. 😐

got my diploma in the mail.
