I'm not really worried about an attack from Korea. They shoot their mouth off quite a bit, but they know damn well what kind of hell would be instore for them if they ever...EVER touched American soil with a nuclear weapon.

Like proclaiming having nuclear weapons on the Korean penninsula is going to do anything to America's agenda. It's like hitting a Bee hive with a stick.

America is not going to make a move independandtly. I would wager on China being pressured into making a decesion though. America will probably sweat China to make a move first, which will kill our ties with China. No, it really isnt anyhting to get twisted up about. No one wants to go to Nuclear war. If korea does anything, there tiny little piece of the world will be destroyed by the rest of the world. Korea really has no muscle other than the shock value of their nukes.

Blair will do anything bush tells him to, only reason he is backing off a bit is so he can guarentee a win in the election.

There will be absolute uproar in the UK if Blair does so again. A majority of the general public were all for the war in Iraq without knowing a thing about it, it'll be a different story now. Picking a fight with someone capable of doing something back.

it would seem that the allies are the only ones with half-decent heads left on their shoulders.. everyone else is just sorta oppressed and angry.. wouldnt be wise to allow them the luxury of a damaging technology

The real danger to the well being of the planet is North Korea. Culturaly they are a very backward nation.
