alright she partly froze sebastion shaw- he describex it as she wazs freezing him to death and it felt like his blood was frozen. he aslo couldn't fight after that. hail can also be formed out of frozen moisture. i'm not saying that she is changing the shape of the hail i just described it as making hail. she freezes certain parts of the moisture in the air creating an object

the fact that she could freeze him in the first place is bad writing...
and i know what hail is... stop...
hail is not ice the way iceman has it... it cant be forged into an object, it isnt dense enough...

she can freeze only a couple of degrees below zero, its not a consistently effective part of her arsenal...
and she froze a sentinal to the point that the armor was falling off- and if she can make tha hail then most likely she can make these things. she can freeze the moisture in the air thats partly how she freezes people(omega red, sentinal, and partly shaw). she can do this but i doubt the writers will let her do it in the comics- but it is possible

no she cant freeze people... it happened once... you used that same argument to say she can control the stars...
she cant create ice objects because she doesnt control the moisture at the molecular level...
ive seen shaw absorb any mutant ability used against him (yes its bullshit, but he does it so often), he coudl easily absorb anything she uses against him...
he can only absorb or is supposed to absorb kinetic energy and electricity. he is still human and he needs warmth. she said she will freeze the fight out of him and she was right. he described it as his blood was frozen and that he was freezing to death. there was ice and snow on him. and she did control the stars bullshit or not it was in the comics. and and's not controlling the moisture she is freezing parts of it.
