Come on, does anyone have enough time to compile a freaking list of all the people Spider-Man has taken out? I don't, but I can guarantee you that it will make your little BP list look more like a laundry list than anything else.
As for the argument in general, I'm inclined to think that Spidey gets a lot more air time in comic books than BP does, and i'm pretty sure Spidey has mixed it up with way more cosmic beings than BP ever will. I'd give the fighting experience to Spidey; and the strength, agility, and whatever human traits you can think of other than strategy.
It's also funny how for the most part, BP advocates have totally ignored Spiderman's webbing for 9 pages of argument.

I'm not sure on the actual numbers, but Spider-man also did just receive a huge upgrade in his abilities. Go read Spiderman Dissasembled. Apparently, he doesn't need web shooters anymore because the web comes from him (to be more like the movies 😛. Which personally I hate because it takes away the last aspect of Spiderman's scientific side. You've got to remember that Peter Parker is a real egghead. Oh well, at least he wont be running out of web fluid anytime soon). And his Spider sense is mad crazy now. I read a recent comic (recent as in at least one issue ago) where everything in New York was pretty much setting it off now (Spectacular Spiderman 20-something current run.

How come everyone screams bloody murder when someone says "white power" but when someone posts "black power" over and over again nobody really gets all that agitated?
Hope i'm not the only one seeing that small bit of hypocrisy on this thread.

I would assume it's because for generations many minorities have been subjected to obscenely high levels of intolerance from those who've employed the term " White Power ". More than often that comment is associated with fanatical groups IE; Neo Nazi, Rednecks, KKK as well as conservative extremists who seek not to uplift and celebrate their diverse Caucasian culture but to DEGRADE and defame other creeds and colors ( Jews, Muslims, Asians, Mexicans, Blacks..Non-Christians..etc. ) who don't meet their ridiculous and offensive standards of enlightenment. More than often and with various minority cultures the term " White Power " is associated with and has been followed by intense levels of violence, racism and segregation. Unfortunately it's not considered a celebration of cultural diversity among minority groups when they hear someone of Anglo decent cry out... " White Power! " Perhaps that will change....one day.
When African American people use the term Black Power it's often associate with celebration of ethnic diversity, strength, cultural enlightenment and perseverance over that little thing called segregation which occurred not but 40 years ago. That's not long at all in the history of the world. During the 20's, 40's, 50's and early 60's I believe, such a term didn't exist in mainstream society. The majority of the caucasian populous treated African American's and other minorities who CELEBRATED their cultural ethnicity as a cancer. It wasn't until the Mid to late 60's and 1970's, I believe, that it gradually became more and more acceptable for African American's to rebel against a dominantly white society and embrace their own evolving cultural identity which they had LITTLE of during the preceding centuries.
And that's why people scream bloody murder when Caucasians use the term white power and why it's perfectly fine for other minority groups to celebrate their cultural heritage with whatever credo they choose. There IS no hypocrisy there at all. When a culture has been oppressed by another on so many levels expect there to be some feed back. There are VARIOUS terms that " whites " can use to celebrate their heritage ( Irish Power!, Ger-- skip that one, Italian Power! French Power, Polish Power! Etc..) Unfortunately " White Power " has taken on the same tarnish that the SWASTIKA did when the Nazi's killed hundreds of people. Hope that helped. 😉
P.S. Between Panther and Spider-Man it would depend on the situation and the circumstances. Parker is definitely stronger, faster and more agile than the Panther. But -- those gadgets the Panther has might turn the tide in his favor. It's a toss up for me. Could go either way. Unless...the Hulk busts in and smashes them both.
what people dont seem to understand is that spiderman gets hit all the time, by all of his enemies. Kraven hits him, old man vulture hits him, venom hits him, carnage, tombstone, hammerhead, lizard, he got beat down by morlun (slaughtered, raped). Spiderman has great agility but its not flash speed, he gets knocked around daily. Lets put it like this, look at marvel knights #13 and see wolverine inject his claws in spiderman chest.
[I sent this news clip to all my friends of a 300lb blackman beating down a white guy, cuz the blackman's wife cut the line and the white guy complained. Everyone i know sai d"omg..." except for my black friends..they all laughed their asses off...

Dude. Okay, enough with the black stuff, guys. That's really not necessary here. I'm half black and half white, and I don't use either of those reasons to back up my claims. Let's use some real logic and such, shall we?
Spiderman would pretty much dominate Black Panther. There's really nothing that BP could do to hit him at all honestly. SM just has too much ability and experience compared to BP.
