Superman is the strongest from the start but Hulk will eventually surpass him. 🙂

In Marvel Comics Presents #52, Hulk destroys a planet twice the size of Earth with one punch.
In The Hulk Annual #3, Hulk punches the planet Earth from it's orbit.
Superman is stronger than most versions of the Hulk like the normal Merged Hulk. Savage Hulk is on the same tier as Superman, and he could quickly surpass him.

Give me some lifting feats. The most I have ever seen the Hulk lift was an Island. I never doubted the Hulks strength, I was just saying that he can become stronger then Supes as he gets in rage. 🙂

Look at the first couple pages. I posted plenty of pictures. Believe what you want, but the truth is, Hulk is stronger than Superman.
Superman pushed (not lifted) the Earth.
Hulk sent the Earth out of it's orbit with one punch. Hulk busted a planetoid twice the size of Earth with one punch. Everyone isn't lying to you. Hulk is stronger than Superman.
