spikey thing strength was not able to be measured though was it? and talking pure strength sure Hulk could EVENTUALLY like lift more than Superman but gee it would take forever for him to get mad enough to do it...he might even get bored trying and go back to being banner and then be crushed by whatever he was lifting....lmao....I mean I dont think a weightlifting contest is something hulk would be getting angry enough about to get supes kinda strength....more likely he would get pissy and just go start a fight with supes and get knocked out in one punch...lol...sorry but hulk just doesnt cut it...he would have to be in a fight with another hulk for several hours before he would be mad enough to fight supes and knock him out with one punch....lol...and considering supes knows hulks increasing strength thing he would then use his array of powers to avoid being struck and would still beat the chump ...I mean hulk anyways...lol..
edit: oh and one more thing you guys are using whatever version of hulk you wish....do that with supes you have superman prime.....limitless power......limitless he could use his uberpowerful super breath to blow the hulk into oblivion...lol...hulk...LMAO!!!

It would take Hulk seconds to surpass Superman. He doesn't really have a 'base strength.' Hulk has become strong enough to shatter the Earth in mere moments. He has surpassed Superman level strength on numerous occasions. His strength doesn't depend solely on his emotional state.
Hulk can move the planet Earth. Hulk could punch the Earth in half. Savage Hulk starts off on par with Superman, in strength, an he would only get stronger. There is no strength/anger ratio for Hulk. He just flips out, and gets a huge strength increase.
Superman prime doesn't have limitless power.
The Savage Hulk is stronger than Superman but every other Hulk is weaker than Superman.
We all know that the Grey Hulk is weaker than Superman because it's been stated that his power deosn't increase as fast as the Savage Hulk's power does and he can only lift 75 tons.The Grey Hulk is smarter than the Savage Hulk so he could be able to use that to his advantage if he were ever to fight Superman.

Are you kidding me with this Question? Superman Owns everyone. No hero even comes close to him except Thor. The only power that the Hulk has is Strength and his Strength is no where near Supermans strength. Superman has so many powers such as; Super Strength(which is matched by no one), Super Breath(ice breath), Heat Vision, X-ray vision, Power of Flight, Super-Hypnotism, and Invulnerability. Superman's power is practically unlimited since his power comes from the Sun. No hero even comes close to Superman except maybe Thor and Thor still will get his butt kicked any way. Superman has no Equal, hes the greatest super hero of all time.

By the way Jedi, there are plenty of superheroes who could hand Superman his ass. If you read any comics other than Superman's you'd know that.
