As far as strength goes, I know Superman's turned the wheels of Maggedon (impressive), however when angry, the Hulk has deflected universe-destroying shockwaves with his strength alone, and even sent shockwaves throughout the multiverse. There's essentially no limit to his strength. Heck, he even punched through time. Superman would beat Hulk with speed, and other abilities not just his strength.
They're about the same in strength, until Hulk gets mad. But Superman would pwn him with superspeed before that happened.

Superman's power is often shown to have a "willpower" factor. If he can will himself to do something, like fly faster than light through hyperspace, or move objects larger than planets, he can.
Only one simple explanation for this, I cant picture hulk lifting, or in his case throwin an island into space. And i keep hearing that hulk has no limit to his strength, but u couldn be more wrong people. Hulk does get stronger wen he gets angry, but his adrenaline does have a limit. we al get mad, and we al have alimit to our strength wen we are mad, so does hulk, i mean anger does have a limit, u cant just keep getting madder and madder, i mean anger is a feeling not an energy. Superman on the other hand doesn't need to be angry at all to beat hulk.

That argument has been used before. The Hulk doesn't really have the same mind-state as other beings. He doesn't have a peak anger level.
You're right. Superman doesn't have to be mad to beat the Hulk.

this isn't about who could beat who, its who could lift more... i'd go superman eventually, i mean pushing planets, like earth... hulk HAS NEVER punched an earth sized object before, it never has stated that, he has however hit objects of massive proportions, my vote goes to superman

First of all,
any battle between hulk and superman in the past was a popularity contest. If they were to really fight to the death, Hulk would overwhelm superman with sheer might(something that few have done to supes before). Second, Goku is leagues above superman. Goku in regular form on GT has the power to destroy half the solar system in one powered up blow,in ssj1,ssj2,ssj3 he could destroy the galaxy in one powered up blow, in ssj4 or god form( after absorbing the dragonballs) he can destroy the universe and rebuild it because he has all the power of the eternal dragon and ssj4 combined. He is slightly above superman prime except that he is way more strategic in battle, way more better at fighting, and he has more will power. Goku god form would just laugh and then speak the much much much more feeble thor and hulk out of existence. Then he would fight a bewildered superman prime for a while moving at warpspeed(many times faster than light) and then he'd just beat supes into a pulp and blow him away at only half his full power which is in the billions.You're right. Why is Goku on this list?
