System of a Down come to mind, I'm sure they're not the MOST originol band but they sure as hell have origonality.

I wouldn't say System purely because Serj took his singing style from Mike Patton.

yea but it's not just their singing, it's the whole concept of their songs, the lyrics are different Serj's singing along with the rest of the bands music as one are a new combanation unlike any other band I know of.
The general feel of their music is totaly different than any other musical experiance I know of.
I'm not saying their the best band in the past 15 years nore the absolute most originol band of the past 15 years but their surly somewhere up there in the top 10 for originality.

System comes to mind for me as well. Each song individually is original. Serj in an interview described how much they listen to their songs to make sure they don't sound the same as any of their previous songs or anybody elses songs.
