Like somebody else has lready mentioned - there is inteligent life out there and they've proved it by leaving us to it. At least that way we'll only destroy this planet and not the entire galaxy!
It would be interesting to meet another life form totally alien to our expectations, if for nothing else but to hear the stories of their travels.

The possibility that the Earth is the only planet that can hold within a consantly expanding universe is almost to calculate so I beleive that there is sentiant life on other planets. Wether they are smarter than humans remains to be seen

Aliens might exist. Under our current understanding of Physics, they could not visit Earth. And if they did visit Earth, I'd like to think they'd have better things to do than mess with cows or shove things up abductees' butts.

I really do think there are aliens: for instance, our galaxy is fecking huge, right? With thousands of stars and even more planets orbiting them.

Apparently there are more galaxy's in the universe than there are grains of sand on all of earth. So those odds are pretty good that at least one other planet somewhere has life on it.
