big huge ass tornadoes come from the bottom of thunderstrom clouds and shit but ive personally seen twisters come from outta no where.(especially since i live in the middle of florida) its elementantary really, the ones that come outta no where form when two layers of air meet up while moving in opposite direction.
just picture rubbing a pencil between your hands, both your hands are moving in opposite direction, but the energy cuases the pencil to roll.
but anyway storm doesnt have to hit him with the twister just yet. remember in ultimate x-men where she and wolvie was searching for sinister, and she threatened that tatoo artist guy that she would bring down acid rain him if he doesnt talk? and then she explained exactly how she would do it and how it was possible? whats Doom gonna do against that? and since more than likely the thread starter was referring to an adult storm, more than likey her adult version would have a more profound grasp of this abilty.

i know Doom's sheild can withstand concussive force but, nothing is impervious to corrosive moisture IMO

Anyways, all that aside, Storm could assassinate Doom. She could go into Latveria as a tourist, stand outside his castle and look for the energy signature of a suit wrapped around a human being, then manipulate his bioelectric field to stop his heart. If she can get through a magnetic field, a telekinetic shield, and a skintight forcefield, she can get through a a large energy bubble that has four hours worth of air for her to work with.

Doom and her meet randomly, she flies off at top speed, looking as if she's running in fear. Doom, not wanting to waste energy shooting at someone who hasn't even made him mad, ignores her. Once she's in cloud cover, she starts concentrating, uses her abilities to burn out his armor's circuitry, and rains lightning bolts down onto his defenseless body.
The battle begins, Doom makes himself invisible and intangible (Meaning he can't physicly hit or be hit) and flys up right behind storm. He then becomes tangible (Opposite of intangible) and shoots storm in the back of the head.
Doom wins.
See... Doom has this thing called, "Magic", that can do just about whatever he wants. For all he cares, he could open up a portal above storms head the empty the pantries of Latveria onto her, smothering her to death with non-perishable goods.
