No, find me something from Marvel where they officially say all prior Omega's are no longer valid and I will concede the point, anything else is opinion. Being in the legal field I only care about facts.

My end is printed in a comic, thats all the proof I need for mine, you are the one who must prove that it's invalid and the only thing that will work is proof from Marvel itself. Other then that it's just your opinion, which don't get me wrong your perfectly allowed to have, just don't ask me to take it as fact.
