SARUMAAAAAN!!!

more treachorous than Sauron...why? because did not turn on his master.
more cunning...why? he created the Uruk-Hai for his secret purpose...
more vile...why? he was a friend to all and an enemy unknown...too late Gandalf...ooh a moth.

more evil...why? cause his face eminated with fury and villainy...

Sauron...Saruman Sauron...Saruman Sauron...Saruman Sauron...Saruman....hmmm

sauron can see all that is going on in middle earth if hes in front of his palantir so he will have SEEN frodo sam and gollum, but not SEEN them.....like when you see a guy on the street, out the corner of your eye, then on the night you see a picture on the TV if a guy whos just been killed, and its him you go 'i saw him today'

sauron will have been focused on gondor and rohan....also isengard and the uruks that had merry and pippin

when the ring was put on sauron immediately looked right at the spot sam was stood....but it is clearly said in the book that the shadows he wraught for defence clouded even his own gaze 😉

What I meant was "catch" as in he could physically seize Frodo, Sam and the Ring through his minions and other Orcs. Not catch like see or something. But like I've said, I've only mentioned the matter, I wasn't going that way to prove my point. 🙂 Let's not prolong this issue anymore. 😉

smodden actually took the words out of my mouth. His points were exactly my point. 😄

for some reason sauron defeat seemed very mighty, he was the first dark Lords leutienant and Morgoth/Melkor needed the VALA to stop him.....Sauron was defeated by elves/men/hobbits/dwarves...

Discos - eagles....

also my theory is that...Sauron was weak to get defeated by middle earth-ians...or that Morgoth was generally more evil and much more powerful

Discos - FOOLISH MORTALS!

Well, if ever he has to be defeated, it's his fate to be defeated by the hands of the Middle-earthians because those people in Valinor and other parts of Aman doesn't care anymore. Whether Sauron wins or not, they will just help through the Eagles and other things like that, not like at the First Age during the War of Wrath that they themselves marched across Middle-earth just to defeat Morgoth. I don't know what came through the minds of the other Valar, but I think they are very disappointed with the peoples of Middle-earth and got too lazy to help with all their might.

And, of course Morgoth is more powerful, he's the first Dark Lord and the root of all Shadow and Evil for the sake of Pete! 😛

also he is a so called Vala

ooh ooh...I know something Exa doesn't...

*long pause*

ARGH!

my head hurts...

Exactly! they could care less...how many times did what'shisname go try to go to valinor before they finaly came and helped M:E....
and now in the 3rd age....the just desert M:E altogether and let men take care of it...and well it worked but why don't they help anymore...??? thir lazy?....Stuck-up?.....to busy eating grapes and living in peace???

or all of the above?... 😎

Lol??? *laugh*

methinks that it was the destiny of men to find their own paths guided not by the valar...Eru placed a special thing in men that the Elves themselves did not have: they were not bound to the earth...

So maybe in the 3rd age, since it was the Autumn years for the elves and the spring for men, the valar did not feel or need to interfere in the affairs of men...

Men had to or at least I like to think prove their worth in battling Sauron and his hordes...IMO

ok thats kinda offtopic...but......

"Men came second, but it is guessed that in the first design of god they were destined (after tutelage) to take on the government of all the Earth, and ultimately to become Valar, to "enrich heaven", Ilúve. But Evil (incarnate in Melekô) seduced them, and they fell (...) though all men had "fallen", not all remained enslaved. Some repented, rebelled against Melekô and made friends of the Eldar, and tried to be loyal to god..."
