Communism

yea that's a bit of a pickle but it always is.
There are very few (if any) capitalist states that practice real capitalism.

Now Bardock you made some good points but I don't agree with your views on communism except the fact that it is indeed not possible to realise it

Well we don't have to agree.....but I didn't like that this other person posted bullshit aboot capitalism.

The true ideal of communism (which 'could' eventually come close to that of a utopian society) can truely never come to fruition simply because people are selfish and jealous.

Selfish...Jealous.....or Competitive?

America's economy strives because of their highly competitive semi-open market. If all of America were to convert to communism then you what would be the point of working your ass off, studying your ass off, and putting in the extra effort if you aren't going to get anything extra in return.

Does the gap between rich and poor in America suck? Yes. But it's that way because the people who bust their ass their entire life worked hard to reap the benefits.

It's not the land of opportunity because everything is given away for free.

Well in communism (atleast the way I always thought of it) everyone would study what he or she wanted to study and would do the job he or she wanted to do. Not because they got paid heavily for it but because they take pride and joy in simply doing their job.

I know it's an ideal

But it's that way because the people who bust their ass their entire life worked hard to reap the benefits.

And if I recall right people study what they like in capitalistic societies too.

For Paris and Nicole well they are rich because their parents were.....well this might seem unfair but you can explain it with capitalism. Paris is for her father worth all his money so she is pretty rich because she is wiorth a lot to someone.

They are also rich though because a lot of stupid people like to watch their show so their show is worth a lot for the TV producers whose programmes are worth something for a lot of people that like to watch them....everything perfectly reasonable.

Sure might not go the way planned at some stages but thats the same with most governments

I don't think it is that reasonable at all.

I also never said people do not study what they like in capitalism I just gave you my view on how things would work out in a communist society
