And if I can get that AOTC bootleg...I may recut some sections of that...

MAJOR SPOILERS: For those who don't want to be spoiled don't read.
01 - Star Wars and The Revenge Of The Sith 7:31
Opening crawl from 0:01-1:16. Then the Epic Space Battle Music from there on.
02 - Anakin's Dream 4:46
This happens when Ani is spending the night at Padme's after the Battle of Coruscant. This song most likely goes on after his dream to when he is talking with padme on the veranda.
03 - Battle Of The Heroes 3:42
This happens during the Yoda vs. Sidious and Ani vs. Obi.
04 - Anakin's Betrayal 4:04
This happens when Ani arrives at Palpatine's and sees Mace about to kill Palpy. This is a crucial part of the film as it shows how Ani goes to the Darkside. Ani then chooses the Sith's side and betrays the Jedi.
05 - General Grievous 4:07
This is GG's main theme. It probably hapens during the Wheel bike chase and the duel between him and Obi.
06 - Palpatine's Teachings 5:25
This happens during the Coruscant theatre scene. Palpy (tells)teaches Ani about a Sith Lord named Plagiues who had the power of Life and Death.
07 - Grievous and the Droids 3:28
This no doubt happens when Obi has to fight his way out of the big rooom were he is sorrounded by hundreds of droids. this shot is seen in the trailer.
08 - Padme's Ruminations 3:17
I really have no idea when this happens. My guess is that it plays when Padme confronts Ani or she talks to Obi-wan about ani.
09 - Anakin vs. Obi-Wan 3:57
Master and formor apprentice duke it out on the lava planet of Mustafar.
10 - Anakin's Dark Deeds 4:05
his probably happens during the Jedi Temple raid or Sepretist slaughter. According to the Music it sounds like he marches with the clones then goes all berzerc on them. Same goes for the sepretists.
11 - Enter Lord Vader 4:14
This could be a number of scenes. when Anakin is bowing before Palpatine, Sidious picks up crispy Ani at the lava shore, vader is being reconstructed, Vader goes ape on the Medical room, or him and Sidious along with Tarkin aboard the star destroyer. All of choices.
12 - The Immolation Scene 2:42
I'm guessing this happens when Yoda and obi return to the Temple to see the jedi dead.
13 - Grievous Speaks to Lord Sidious 2:49
This happens when Grievous returns to Utapau after the Battle of Coruscaunt. Sidious contacts him about the Sepretist's hidden base.
14 - The Birth Of The Twins and Padme's Destiny 3:37
After Padme gets force chhoked in Mustafar she needs serious medical attention. The title speaks for itself. Padme is dieing(in Polis Massa) while she gives birth to the twins. Obi and her have a touching moment. The she dies.
15 - A New Hope and End Credits 13:06
On Alderaan Bail and his wife glee over their new baby, Leia. On tatooine Obi-wan delivers Luke to the Lars'. He then rides into the twin sunset on his eopie.

08 - Not sure either - definitely either of the options you gave.
10 - I'd say the Temple raid.
11 - I'd say that one was when Vader pledges his alliegance to the Sith and is named Vader.
12 - This one is Ani's "death" as he burns on the sandbank and probably beyond into Obi's escape from Mustafar.
So I'd say that, chronologically, the cues appear in this order in the film: 01, 02, 06, 08, 05, 07, 13, 04, 11, 03, 09, 12, 14, 15.
Depending, of course, on where exactly Padmé's Ruminations falls.
