Dude. Oxygen is in the air. Winds are made of air. Oxygen is in the wind. If oxygen was not part of the weather then OBVIOUSLY it shouldn't be able to rain.
actually, i dont think anybody spidey's fighting has ever laughed at his jokes... BUT THAT WOULD BE AWESOME. Spidey is fighting some uber-powerful villian, one that has a great chance at taking him down, and in the last moments, spidey cracks one of his great one-liners, and the villian starts cracking up. Not really hysterically, but enough to give spidey the opportunity to beat him.

Of course oxygen is produced by plants through photosynthesis and all that yak yak. However YOU said that "Oxygen is not a part of weather" which is an absolutely ridiculous statement. Oxygen is part of every weather paraphernalia.
Word yourself carefullly more often.

Exactly. Oxygen is a part of weather. Because water is a part of weather. Oxygen is a part of water.
if you want to get that technical, then pretty much everything on earth is part of weather one way or another, and i doubt that by storm controlling weather, they meant for her to be able to to cause salt crystals to jettison out of the ground.

And Storm isn't slow people. She can go at Mach 3.
I'm back. Let me start with this piece.
If you're talking about that ONE time, then I'll just talk about that ONE time spidey beat the crap outta firelord. Hmmm... he beat one of Galactus's heralds... yeah...
Do you have ANY idea how fast Mach 3 is? ANY?!? No. You don't.
( http://www.grc.nasa.gov/WWW/K-12/airplane/mach.html )You're the best debater on the storm side, but you need to get down to earth on some of these numbers. First you said 700 mph winds, which is completely impossible.
Storm only MANIPULATES the weather, which means she can do things with it that it can normally do. So, Tornados, Monsoons, lightning, etc., all possible, and at a much faster rate than normal, but still not within 2-3 seconds. 2-3 seconds is a VERY short period of time, when talking about moving the air around you.
- A tornado is a violent windstorm of fast rotating air, rising up in a column.
- A tornado starts with an updraft, which is air rising up from near the ground into thunderstorm conditions when there’s tall fluffy cumulonimbus cloud. The nimbus part of that word means rain cloud.
- The air from the updraft starts rotating. It turns as it rises and this forms a vortex.
- A vortex starts up high in the air and when it reaches the ground, its called a tornado.
- As the air moves towards the centre of the vortex it starts rotating faster.
Now, starting with a blank template, realisticly, if she can summon up the correct winds with proper pathing and speed in ~1 second each, thats still ~3-4 seconds for the winds to actually create the tornado.
As far as speed goes, both Storm AND Spidey are specified as within the 700 MPH range, but we've already shown that she can't go that fast, and it's obvious neither can Spidey.

For durability, you say that the hail is going to hurt spider-man? Let's say a 20 lb piece of hail going 200 mph hits spidey.
KE = 1/2 M*V^2
Soooo we got (20lb*200^2)/2 = 400,000 ft/lbs
Now, we take Venom, who can lift 10 tons. We'll say he throws 3/4 of his body weight into a punch.
Venom weighs 260 lbs, so 3/4 = 195
Now, olympic level athletes punch around 100 MPH, and seeing as how much more enhanced Venom is, I'll say he can do it around 200, at least. That alone is half the equation for a piece of hail, and not only that, a 20 lb hail has much more surface area then venom's fist, which will displace more KE over a smaller area.
Spidey has taken blows from Venom and kept going. Hell, he's had broken ribs, fractured femurs, tibulas, etc. and still fought on.
The idea of blades of grass piercing his skin is funny as well, especially considering that;
1) The grass has to hit at a PERFECT angle to penetrate
2) The grass has to be perfectly straight, otherwise it'll bend under it's own force
3) Spidey has to stand still so his body movement doesn't shift the grass and the force (Which is behind) doesn't misalign with the point and become a useless piece of flying grass.
So, now we've determined nothing short of a 200 lb object is going to put spidey out, we can safely say she's not going to pummel him to death.
The glass, on the other hand, WOULD be a problem, if the glass acted in the way you believe it to. The glass is so small it would rise upwards almost instantly, because if you've ever watched a tornado, the smaller an object is, the faster it rises in the vortex.
-------------------------
Hurricane winds, in the city, will be a joke for Spidey to avoid.
"Hey! Spidey sense is telling me wind is coming down 34rd, I'll just dive over down this alleyway, oh no, i guess it's following me! I'll just jump up and do the old web-swing upwards, and when storm buffets me from the side i can fire a web down, and use the momentum she just gave me to act like a swing! WOOSH! I'm now traveling faster than the oncoming winds and have a small enough surface area where I will easily fly through oncoming wind and straight towards my target! Thanks Storm!"
or;
"Oh noes! A gigantic wave of crap! Hey look at this, If I jump in the same direction the objects are moving, I can easily step on them and ride them through the tornado! Huh, looks like knowing about momentum and such makes my life easy-peesy!"
In the event he does get caught up in wind, he can fire a webline and do like scenario one and use the boost for momentum. Spidey isn't stupid, he's done the whole college thing, I'm sure if a high-school kid like myself knows about the laws of momentum and physics, I'm sure he does too!
----------------------------
Cold weather, yes, this can do some bad stuff. I'm well aware of the fact that this is possibly Storm's only definite chance of stopping Spidey, but I coulda sworn I saw somewhere he had survived in very cold climates before. Do not take that as my argument, I need more time to go find comics and such for this, but fear not, I will find evidence.
was all that crap really necessary?? you do know a lot of people won't even read it. and about storm manipulating weather?? i have read on many occasions that she controls it as well as manipulates it. and if you bring up the one time spidey beat firelord then i can bring up the one time storm KILLED the hulk
