I think it's very important to know WHERE these two are fighting. Storm can fry Spider-Man, and Spider-Man can rip out her heart before she realizes it (very in-character lol).So, where do they fight ? Anybody has got an idea ?

I don't know about you guys, but I am returning to the thread.
So, like it has been mentioned a few times, pretty much depends on the distance/cirumstances. I can see Storm winning, but just not much.
The thing is, Spider-Man reacts much faster than Storm. Sure when she wants, all hell breaks loose on Spider-Mans ass (thunder, rain, lightning, wind) and she has what it takes to beat him. But the majority of the fights, Spider-Man should win.
Why ? Well, he's smarter (yes he is), more experienced (yes he is), has taken out much more dangerous opponents than Storm on his own and physically outclasses Storm in every single way.
I also don't think that the fighting distance plays THAT big a part in this fight, though I admit the further they stand from each other, the more chances Storm has. But Spider-Man is very fast, and needs only a few seconds to reach her. And it's not like she can summon huge lightning attacks (which he can dodge, ask Elektro) in a split second. The same for wind attacks and such.
And what's holding Spider-Man to web her up ? Or to blind her with his web ? He has done that to much faster people than Storm. And don't gimme that "from the very beginning, she'll protect herself using a powerful windshield".
