Exactly...I bought a DVD on Amazon and I waited, and waited, and waited...it never arrived after the 21 day waiting period.

I contacted the seller, I was told just to wait a while longer and that it should arrive. A week more goes by...still nothing. I contact them again and they tell me to wait. I told them I wanted a refund and I even put a claim in with Amazon. Finally 2 months after buying the DVD I get a refund.

Assmonkeys, the whole lot of em.

never buy anything from used sellers!. allways buy from amazon people. they allways send it to you ontime and intact. ebay is a scam. the only people that sell stuff on there are people that have used it. and 99% of the time they dont send it. i saw it on a documentry. amazon all the way!

ebay is NOT a scam... I sell on ebay and what I sell is not a scam... there is actually NEW stuff to buy on ebay - not everything is used...tsk

Wrong. Apparently the documentary was done by Michael Moore, after having been handed a fat check from Amazon, because that's completely untrue.

The STOREFRONTS on Amazon.com sell new product. The SELLERS sell both new and used items. The same goes for eBay! There are tons of e-tailers on both sites.

This thread has gone off topic, and has nothing to do with DVD's, and I don't see any good coming of any furthur discussion.
