It's not special effects, it's basic Imageready animation.

What TheLaw said, it's nothing special. Some of the simplest stuff to do in ImageReady.

I would hope so, there were about 15 Image Adjustment layers to get the coloring right. Before it had even more colors, but they detracted from the signature.

First sig in 20 days...I'm rusty.
