Static - Disable superhuman powers
Nate Grey - For Telekinetic armor and awesomeness
Justice - Psionic shields/swords
Forge - über mind
Drax - heart rippingness
Nate Grey shields Static and she disables Thanos' powers. Drax does some heart surgery and the fight's over. I put Justice there for his sheilds, they can block pretty much everything. Forge is there in case the static plan backfires.
Disabling Thanos powers? Unlikely....especially from someone who clearly isn't at his level (and he has loads of prep). Forge's mutant power can be turned off, and when has he made anything even remotely close to Thanos' level (your team doesn't even have prep).

I feel like that team would stand a chance, and Thanos wouldn't have many appearences of Strangefate to read through and form a plan.

Nah, that was a cheap shot. Thanos was trying to release Galactus at the time. But don't forget about the...oh...ten dozen times Drax got owned prior to that encounter. Besides, give Thanos months of prep and Drax would never even get close to him. Brute force certainly wouldn't win the day, even from someone designed to take out Thanos like Drax.

Thanos did get prep though, that was the reason he picked up Moondragon and such. Anyways, I've come up with a new team.
