Hmm, maybe Harry is the heir of Gryffindor, but I think that the prince is someone like Hagrid.

Wormtail dying?? Hmm, quit possible. If you all remember, Harry saved Wormtai's life and Dubledore said something like Harry would one day be glad that he did this.
Maybe Wormtail saves Harry from dying this time.
