Spider-man has too many advantages for him to lose this fight. This doesn't mean that I don't think that Cap would get his fair share of victories. Maybe 2 or 3. But let's break it down:
Agility: Spider-man
Speed: Spider-man
Intelligence: Spider-man
Reflexes: Spider-man
Strength: Spider-man
Fighting Abilities: Captain America
Durability: Spider-man
Now, Captain has the advantage in fighting abilities, but it really doesn't make a difference when you consider Spider-man's Spider-sense. If he can dodge bullets then he can dodge Cap's fists. Plus, there is always the issue of Cap's shield. Well, if Cap tries to throw the shield at Spider-man, it would be easy for him to dodge. He would actually know that Captain America is about to throw the shield before he actually would do it. Plus, Spider-man could also take out cap from a distance via the web-shooters. He could tie him up and what not. He also might even be able to steal Cap's shield from his grasp via the web-shooters as well. While I realize that Cap is strong, he is at best able to lift 1500lbs. or so. Not much when you consider Spider-man's 10 ton strength. ❌ So all in all, I say Spider-man wins this one 7-8/10.

actually webbing is supposedly worthless against vibranium so the webbing won't get the sheild... and as for dodging bullets.. cap can do that with ease.. hell he's dodged lazers in zero gravity.. does that too mean that spiderman can't hit cap?

Spider-man has all the advantages, he would easily dodge Cap's attacks and do a couple of flips and start hitting him with speed that Cap couldn't touch. Comparing Cap's speed to Spider-man's, is like comparing an elephant's speed to a cheetah's speed. It's actually completely irrelevant to mention Cap's speed anyway because Spider-man's is so much faster. 😉 In Spider-man's spider-sense mode, Cap would basically be moving in slow-motion, Cap would get beaten by Spider-man's quickness. Anyways, it's only really going to take Spider-man one hit to take out Cap. I mean, with 20,000lbs. of force coming behind one blow, I doubt Cap would be fealing very well after that.

Spidey has also been known to dodge lasers but we both know that doesn't mean they are the same speed. Spidey is a lot faster................

just wondering.. anyways all of you guys are missing the point.. you said cap couldn't touch him then immediately said it was due to spiderman's bullet dodging.. ALL street level guys dodge bullets like it's a hobby.. so that doesn't prove a thing...

I'm not even saying that Spider-man wins this one because of his quickness. He's going to win this one with his spider-sense. When Cap comes to throw a punch, Spider-man is going to see his fist going 40 slower than it actually is. That gives Spider-man a very good advantage because he could dodge it and then counter with a 20,000lb punch to the gut, face, etc...

yeah except for the fact that spideman never does this were gifted fighters at peak human ability are concerned.. his spider sense hasn't helpe him in facing nearly two dozen peak humans at or around caps level but that changes here?

Just because he hasn't shown it, doesn't mean it's not there. The reason writers usually have street-level characters hitting Spider-man is simply because they want a good fight. If they had Spider-man at his ability, he wouldn't get touched by anyone short of having a degree of superspeed. And since by KMC rules, characters in these forums fight to the best of their abilities (no PIS or CIS), then I say Spider-man wins this one 7-8/10. It would be VERY difficult for Captain America to touch Spider-man.

that would be a decent point if half of those instances ever noted spiderman's spider sense as being affected in some way. but they don't.. so you're just using subjective examples... fighter's fight to the best of their abilities doesn't equate to spiderman dodges everything.. it just means he's not as likely to get hit...
